Нийслэлийн Засаг даргын Эдийн засгийн хөгжил, дэд бүтцийн асуудал хариуцсан орлогчоор ажиллаж байсан Т.Даваадалай шүүхийн байгууллагад шалгуулахаар ажлаа өөрийн хүсэлтээр өгсөн билээ.
Түүнийг Туулын хурдны замын тендертэй холбоотой асуудлаар хууль хяналтын байгууллагаар шалгагдаж, улмаар яллагдагчаар татагдаад буй.
Тодруулбал, тэрбээр эхнэрийнхээ үеэл дүүд 5.6 тэрбум, найзынхаа хамаарал бүхий хоёр аж, ахуйн нэгжид 709 сая төгрөг, эхнэрийнхээ хувьцаа эзэмшдэг компанид 47.9 сая төгрөг тус тус шилжүүлж, мөнгө угаасан байж болзошгүй нөхцөл байдал тогтоогдсон гэдгийг цагдаагийн байгууллагаас мэдээлсэн юм.
